Find Your Voice + Rebuild Your Self-Worth
If you've spent years putting everyone else first, struggling with anxiety, and low self-worth.
You've learned to stay quiet, avoid conflict, and accept less than you deserve out of fear of rejection or not feeling good enough. Maybe you find yourself stuck in unhealthy relationships, struggling to set boundaries, or wondering who you are beneath the people-pleasing.
Therapy is a place to heal the childhood wounds behind these patterns. Together, I'll help you rebuild self-worth, trust yourself, set healthier boundaries, create healthier relationships, and find your voice so you can move forward with greater confidence,
peace, and purpose.

But inside...
If this sounds familiar, you're not broken. There may be a reason your mind and body continue responding this way.
Healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about feeling safer, calmer, and more connected to the person you already are.
*Wake up feeling calmer
Begin your day feeling grounded instead of immediately overwhelmed by anxious thoughts.
*Say no without guilt
Create healthy boundaries that protect your time, energy, and emotional well-being.

*Build healthier relationships
Choose relationships based on respect, safety, trust, and genuine connection.

Hi, I'm Ana. I help women heal from childhood emotional abuse, neglect, narcissistic parenting, toxic relationships, PTSD, and other painful life experiences.
Born and raised in Mexico, I understand firsthand how difficult life experiences, cultural expectations, family dynamics, and major life transitions can affect a person's sense of self, relationships, and emotional well-being. My own experiences inspired a lifelong passion for understanding human behavior, resilience, and the brain's remarkable ability to heal.
Through both personal experience and over 20 years of professional work, I have learned that painful experiences do not have to define our future. Today, I specialize in helping women heal from childhood emotional abuse, neglect, toxic relationships, and other traumatic life experiences. My goal is to help you rebuild self-worth, find your voice, create healthier relationships, and live with greater confidence, peace, and purpose.
As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Hispanic therapist, I provide a warm, culturally sensitive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
I also specialize in Psychological Immigration Evaluations, including VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, Asylum, and Extreme Hardship Waiver cases.
I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and that therapy can help unlock that potential. I provide a safe and supportive environment where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Traumatic experiences can affect you long after the event is over.
Many women struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, panic attacks, or unhealthy relationship patterns don't realize that their emotional pain may be rooted in childhood experiences or other traumatic life events.
Trauma isn't only about what happened to you—it can also be about what didn't happen. Maybe your emotional needs were ignored, you never felt safe, your feelings weren't validated, or you had to grow up too quickly. Over time, these experiences can shape the way you see yourself, trust others, and respond to stress.
The good news is that healing is possible. Through trauma-informed therapy and EMDR, you can begin to understand where these patterns come from, process painful memories, and create healthier relationships with yourself and the people around you.

You don't have to keep living in survival mode. Trauma therapy and EMDR can help you understand these patterns, heal unresolved experiences, and begin living with greater confidence, peace, and emotional freedom.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an evidence-based psychotherapy that helps the brain heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming or triggering.

Childhood trauma can occur when a child experiences emotional abuse, neglect, criticism, rejection, instability, or other painful events that leave them feeling unsafe, unheard, or not good enough. As adults, these experiences can contribute to anxiety, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, difficulty trusting others, and unhealthy relationship patterns.

Do you find yourself staying in relationships where you feel unheard, disrespected, controlled, or never good enough? You may constantly second-guess yourself, walk on eggshells to avoid conflict, or put your partner's needs ahead of your own.Toxic relationships can leave you feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, and disconnected from who you are.

Trauma may be affecting your life more than you realize. You may struggle to trust yourself, fear rejection, avoid conflict, constantly seek approval, or stay in unhealthy relationships because speaking up feels uncomfortable.

Depression is more than feeling sad. You may feel stuck, exhausted, unmotivated, or disconnected from the things and people you once enjoyed. Simple tasks can feel overwhelming, and you may find yourself constantly criticizing yourself, feeling guilty, or wondering why you can't just "snap out of it."

Do you constantly worry, overthink, or feel like you can never fully relax? Anxiety can leave you feeling on edge, fearful, restless, and exhausted. You may experience a racing heart, difficulty breathing, panic attacks, shaky hands, trouble sleeping, or a constant sense that something bad is about to happen.
